Bay-Brook Elementary/Middle School

Apart of the 21st Century School Buildings Program, the new 800-student LEED Silver facility was designed to promote flexible and interactive learning environments, integrate security measures and increased visibility, enhance accessibility and life safety, incorporate sustainable materials and practices, and provide educational opportunities during school and non-school hours. Each floor of the three-story building houses three classroom wings. The ADG provided CA services in partnership with architects of record from Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates.
William Baer School

The William Baer School project was a comprehensive window replacement renovation project for a special needs school in West Baltimore. Working in conjunction with JMT, the ADG provided full design, permitting, and construction administration on the project.
Southwest Academy Middle School
Gwynn Oak, MD
The ADG provided architectural services in the replacement and upgrading of the existing HVAC systems. Work included the replacement of perimeter unit air conditioners, rooftop DOAS, select RTUs, and ground-mounted chillers. Select interior renovations, including window replacements and roof modifications, were also required for the project. Due to political pressure, the project was fast-tracked through design.
Hartford Heights/Sharp Leadenhall Elementary School
Baltimore, MD
The Harford Heights/Sharp Leadenhall Elementary School consists of approximately 147,000 square feet, situated on the existing 12.7 acre Harford Heights Elementary School site. The design enhanced the learning experience and curriculum through the integration of collaborative learning spaces. Project scope also included improved site usage and circulation, school security, accessibility and life-safety, as well as the learning environment. The facility design includes sustainable design features and materials, as well as high-efficiency systems and infrastructure as part of the LEED design process.
